How to File a Copyright Notice
Send your notice to admin@markspercentagecalculator.online with the subject line “Copyright Notice” and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorised to act for them
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The URL of the material on our website that you believe is infringing
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them
What Happens Next
We review every valid notice promptly. If we find the material is infringing, we will remove it or disable access to it.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your signature, a description of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your contact details.
